点评：THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IN ANY AND EVERY INSTANCE WITHOUT PROVIDING THE PROMISED SERVICES!
Where do I even begin with! Absolute scam this place is! I took joint Gold membership with my partner first week of Nov and have regretted every single penny we paid. The gym is rammed anytime you go as it is so smaller than any other gym I have ever been. Considering a sports park gym I assumed it would have more machines and space but I was wrong. Also, with swimming, you would never guess while paying for membership but they have a timetable where the pool changes depth and length to swim. We can't be comfortable and come anytime we want as a beginner to swimming - checking timetable and can only use if time and the depth suits me or the membership goes to waste.
I took this membership in person as we were told joint gold cannot be done online, when asked for cool off period after knowing these issues, we were informed cool off period is only for memberships taken online!! Absolute joke!! As if we had a choice??
The membership advertises all facilities free but the court sessions aren't! They are discounted but still pay and play. On top of it when the classes are free and I booked one, days in advance but missed due to some reason, I had to now pay a fee for missing this which was NOWHERE mentioned while booking!!
They also had a 15% discount for first time members starting in November which we got to know about later but the staff never informed us about this when signing up for it!!!

我们去店里办会员，因为他们说双人黄金会员不能在线办理。在了解了这些问题之后，我们询问是否有冷静期，他们却说冷静期只适用于在线办理的会员！简直是个笑话！！好像我们还有选择似的？？
会员广告上说所有设施都免费，但球场使用却要收费！虽然有折扣，但还是要付钱。更离谱的是，明明课程是免费的，我提前几天预订了一节课，但因为一些原因错过了，现在居然还要我支付缺席费，而预订的时候根本没提过这一点！！
他们还说从11月开始新会员可以享受15%的折扣，我们后来才知道，但注册的时候工作人员根本没告诉我们！！！
