点评：It's a shame to have to give this negative review. During our holiday in June, I visited with my husband and 2 year old twins.
We visited on a Tuesday and paid the full entry price of £50. We had a really lovely time and enjoyed what we thought was everything to do there.
On the Friday the weather was forecast to be raining so we were looking for a soft play for our sons. We were surprised to see that Pili Place had a soft play as we hadn't seen it during our visit earlier in the week.
It was advertised online as £5 per child and £2 per adult that seemed fair so we headed there to play.
When we arrived we realized the soft play is in a separate building to the rest of the attraction so that is how we had missed it before.
When we went to pay we were told we were not allowed to purchase the "play only option" it is only available to use when buying tickets to the whole site. So a further £50 to use the soft play only.
This is absolutely a huge rip off we showed the prices were available online and the lady at the desk said only the manager can put through these prices and because she was on holiday it was full price only?????
I explained and showed that we had purchased full price tickets only a few days before and hadn't accessed the soft play because we didn't know it was there. As above you have to exit the main building to the self contained soft play. It is not like you can pay for soft play then enter the main attraction.
After a long drive and getting out of the car with twin 2 year olds very excited to play we were left paying this ridiculous amount of money which soured all the great impressions made on the Tuesday before.
So far in all my visits to Angelsey this has been the worst experience and the rudest people we have met. I 100% would not recommend or return!!

这简直是敲诈！我们出示了网上的价格，前台那位女士却说只有经理才能输入这些价格，而且因为她休假，所以只能按全价购买？！
我解释说，我们几天前才买了全价票，而且因为不知道有儿童游乐区，所以一直没去玩。正如前面提到的，你必须离开主楼才能进入独立的儿童游乐区。你不可能先付了儿童游乐区的钱再去主景点。
我们开了很长的车，带着两个两岁的孩子，他们兴奋地准备去玩，结果却被收取了这笔离谱的费用，之前周二的美好印象全都毁了。
到目前为止，这是我所有安格尔西岛之旅中最糟糕的一次体验，也是遇到过最粗鲁的人。我绝对不会推荐这里，也不会再来了！
