Obnoxious family behavior and other not so great conditions, but likely a nice beach otherwise

点评：I'm pretty sure this place was better than average, but I'm just rating my experience for the day. We we were hot and parched by the time we reached here after doing Trunk snorkeling for about 2 hrs then the little ruins trail across the street, so as we started running low on water we were happy there was an air conditioned gift shop will gallon jugs of water we all split between us and downed most of it pretty quickly. There were also some shaded picnic tables nearby. I think I tweaked my ankle coming off the taxi so I was limping most of the time at this beach. Thankfully, it later resolved.
I don't even know if I took a picture of it, but I do recall it being pretty, long and wide as described. The water was pretty, but I don't think as pretty as Trunk. Our intention was to snorkel there, but we were tired and considering I read the better snorkeling if any, would be by the cay, I didn't at the time feel like swimming out that fat after choppy waters at Trunk and wind gusts even stronger at Cinnamon to the point of blasting and bring your skin ---I think 25-30 mph exfoiliations you never wanted.
One of the biggest issues that is no fault of the beach itself, but that made it not a great experience was an obnoxious family near us on the beach and water. Who encourages their kids to be mean to animals? I'm not some big animal lover type per se--ok maybe a bit, but not huge, however be kind to people and animals and teach your kids to do the same. Everyone else could have had a magical moment seeing a deer on a beach. How often do you get to see that? Unfortunately, a I guess dad or perhaps drunken uncle was repeatedly encouraging his kid to chase the deer and all we saw was fear in its eyes, heard the dad kept going and the maybe 5-7yo kid laughing at scaring and chasing the deer. One of my kids talked about how sad that made him and I imagine the rest of my family felt the same way. Apparently, that was not enough for this lovely family, they were in the water near us with this same man and maybe someone else in the family taunting the seagulls by pretending to throw them food when it was really sand. I don't like seagulls after a bad experience and didn't want us getting hurt by accident if the seagulls got pissed off at this well deserving family (don't blame the kid as he's doing what he's taught by an adult) nor did I want me or my family subjected to their loudness and poor behavior so I moved everyone away from them.
At that point, we were all kind of done until I caught a glimpse of what I think is Little Cinnamon Beach that I recalled might have a little plane wreck to snorkel if we could find the trail. I limped down there to see if it was any calmer waters and to find this so called trail and never saw it, so we just left and went to our next beach.
I'm sure it is probably a nice beach and area, but it wasn't for us that day based on multiple not so great experiences. It seemed like a rowdier crowd in general vs any of the many beaches we visited while in the USVI. If I were in the area again, I'd maybe give it another try and hope for better water and public behavior conditions. I loved that at least the gift shop had ac and water, but the washing off facilities were I think broken or not as good as Trunk.
