Alright Excursions, Terrible Photo Service Experience

点评：The excursions themselves were enjoyable. We did the ATV ride, ziplining, and the Secret Blue Hole, and overall those activities were fun and worth experiencing. Unfortunately, the photo service completely ruined the end of the experience for our group.
We paid for photos for 4 persons and encountered issue after issue from start to finish. First, we were incorrectly charged $140 instead of the correct $110 price. We only found out because the gentleman handling the photos informed us of the mistake. The cashier then seemed surprised when it was raised.
Next, one member of our group was given the wrong printed photo entirely, which again had to be corrected by us.
Now the biggest issue: after purchasing the package and being shown 92 photos, we redeemed the code on the app only to find that just 1 photo was actually available. After spending money and time dealing with constant mistakes, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
The activities themselves were decent, but my advice is simple: if they offer the photo package, save your money and avoid it altogether. The process was disorganized, stressful, and not worth the hassle.
