Good fun but staff need positive customer service training!

点评：Trampolining was good fun and our family enjoyed it.
When we arrived the staff member wasn't particularly welcoming or friendly and didn't give us the socks we had paid for until we pointed out we had paid for them, she seemed to interested in getting back in to the back office.
We did however notice the staff member operating the spinner activity equipment and those watching the big jump pad areas and the jump station were too busy watching and chatting to each other and dancing to the music - laughing and giggling.
A couple of times a child not with us got taken out by the spinner and the member of staff wasn't bothered and weren't paying attention.
I noticed behind the reception desk there was a layout of where staff should be depending on how many there are on shift to keep a check on areas, neither of these plans were being followed by them.
So yes we had fun, but safety was a concern. There was nobody to talk to on the desk as we left and there only seemed to be the same young people at the desk anyway, so I felt they wouldn't have enjoyed being told that actually, we didn't consider their behaviour acceptable.
The leaving comment as we overheard a member of staff talking to another was "This is the easiest job I've ever had, although to be honest it's the only job I've had".
Think some staff training is needed on impressions for guests and ensuring safety is a priority over fun!
It's a real shame as we have visited before and we didn't experience the staff issues that we did today, but it was that obvious you couldn't miss it.
If you can watch the CCTV back, as saw cameras in the office, watch between 2pm and 3pm on 18th Feb and you'll see the lack of supervision was an issue.

如果你能回看监控录像（我在办公室看到了摄像头），可以看看2月18日下午2点到3点之间的录像，就会发现缺乏监管确实是个问题。
