点评：I try to find things off the beaten path and find some hidden gems. Most beach people going to Bermuda will head to Horseshoe Bay Beach or Tobacco Bay Beach due to the ease of reaching those places. This also means it will be crowded most times. After some research, the wife and I decided to plan a trip to Warwick Long Bay Beach. It is just one more bus stop pass Horseshoe Bay Beach, which was easy to catch from the Dockyards. When we arrived, we would a very long stretch of nearly empty pink sand with crystal blue crashing waves to greet us. We walked away from the entrance of the beach and found ourselves alone after a short five minute walk. It was a great day to swim and all we had for company were a few longtails and the crash of the waves.
There are some tradeoffs for the tranquility of this sandy paradise. There are no lifeguards and the rough waves may not be suitable for children. There are also no facilities such as a washroom or change room, so you are really going rustic if you choose this place. Still, even with these drawbacks, this is a great beach that is overlooked by many.
