七英里海滩的点评
点评：Staying in Montego Bay for 4 days, and not wanting to spend the whole time at the resort, we opted for a couple of tours, one of them being the Seven Mile Beach and Rick's Cafe combo. I'm glad we did this tour.
We were picked up at 9:25am but didn't make it to the beach until close to noon, because of the multiple stops to pick up more people and traffic.
Finally we were dropped off at The Boardwalk Village, on Seven Mile Beach. You can pay $7 for chair pads and $7 for umbrellas.
We had 3 hours to enjoy the beach. We took a short stroll on the beach, lounged on the beach chairs, and had a quick lunch. Lunch was good - jerk chicken wrap with some fries.
At 3:30pm we boarded the bus and headed to Rick's cafe. I wish we had more time here. Tours are not my cup of tea, i prefer to have a car and be independent and flexible, and not be rushed. However, since we opted to not rent a car for our first visit, a tour is the only way to get to see the country a bit. I would like to visit Seven Mile Beach again on a future trip to Jamaica, and will try to spend a couple of days on this beach.
