Cruzan Rum的点评
点评：We reserved the tour for 2 adults and 2 underage teens (we had to provide birthdates when reserving). Upon arrival, we were told there would be no tour due to construction. They kept our reservation fees and told us we could go to the hospitality gazebo and get some drinks, BUT we had underage children with us, so they couldn't get drinks...or a refund.
After posting the negative review, Cruzan responded via TripAdvisor that it clearly was not a tour and it was our mistake for booking the drinking experience, but we have the receipt showing the tour package and we had to enter our underage children's' birthdates when reserving, so it obviously was not for the drink package.
Cruzan would not give us a refund on the tours at the location, and they would not refund the tour fee for what they claim was the "drink package" they sold to our underage children despite our contacting them multiple times. They did post a response to our review on TripAdvisor claiming they refunded our fee as a courtesy, but they absolutely did not do that.
So...Ask around and talk to the locals. They'll tell you what they all told us, don't bother with this. There are other distillery tours on the island (see Mutiny and Prosperity). Cruzan was apparently bought out a while back and there's not much local about it anymore.
