Blue Bubbles Sports & Tours的点评
点评：We were TRICKED into renting from them.
We booked a rental with the company called Explore37.
Apparently there are 2 pickup spots. The first pickup place we went to, a person with a Trip Advisor sign claimed to be from Explore37.
He actually worked for Blue Bubbles. He took us to Blue Bubbles and they gave us a buggy. At the end of the day we found out they weren’t actually Explore 37 and said we owed them $250 for the rental.
We were totally lied to and tricked into renting from them. They said it was an honest mistake and they “misread” the PRINTED rental confirmation page I had.
Then they said we should request a refund for the rental we actually paid for and we should make up a reason for why WE missed the pickup. Essentially make up a lie to get our money back.
Their place is also a nightmare to find and they charged us for the pickup from the port and the return trip.
