Queue jumping is a problem

点评：An absolutely incredible indoor theme park. Visiting during the summer was a great decision, with shorter queues for almost every attraction.
My only real niggle was the apparent acceptance of queue jumping. It was common for one person to hold a place while large groups of family members joined near the front later on. After waiting patiently, it was frustrating to suddenly have 8–10 people squeeze and push past in ahead of you.
After it happened to us several times, I spoke to a few attendants. It became clear that, while they were aware of it, they were reluctant to intervene because of the potential backlash. That’s a shame, because Ferrari World not only has clear signage discouraging this behaviour, but also consistently enforces it. If it’s a regional cultural challenge, then all the more reason to have a clear policy and apply it fairly.
Apart from that, we had a fantastic day, and it’s a park I’d happily visit again.
