点评：We absolutely loved our visit to Lynx Wine Estate. The moment we arrived we were blown away by the views – honestly, some of the best in all of Franschhoek. Sitting with a glass of wine, looking out over the vineyards and mountains, was just perfect.
The wines here really stood out. You can tell it’s a small, boutique estate because every bottle feels like it’s been made with real care. Our favorites were the Grenache 2020, which was fresh and full of red fruit, the Syrah 2021, bold and peppery but beautifully smooth, and the Merlot 2023, which was silky and so easy to enjoy.
The food was another highlight – delicious, seasonal, and paired so well with the wines. Nothing felt rushed or touristy; instead, it was relaxed and personal, which made the whole experience even more special.
If you’re in Franschhoek and want a winery that combines incredible wines, superb food, and unforgettable views, Lynx should be at the very top of your list.
