Extremely rude security staff at the front entrance

点评：Absolutely ignorant "security" staff at the entrance. Website states "family friendly" while anything but that. I was told my 20 year old daughter couldn't stay with my family for the band while tons of little kids were there dancing around. We moved to one of the picnic tables (right next to the dining tables) after finishing our dinner. Two young, male staff members came up to us and a very ignorant young male said we had to leave because we didn't stay at our dining table. Thankfully, a manager came up and told us we can just get another dining table.
We explained to our amazing waitress that we already ate and were sorry to hold up her table (ordered drinks and tipped her well) but she told us not to worry and could stay all night. When we told her what the ignorant security trainee said, she said she didn’t know why he was being so rude and that my daughter can absolutely go up to the stage to listen to the live music. Turns out, there were several underage patrons with no wristband on by the stage. How dare they assume we were going to
"sneak her a drink" because "other people have done that". After going to this establishment for several years, I will NEVER go back. Shame on you for singling out someone like that and trying to ruin a special family outing. Not so "family friendly" after all. and what’s even worse is that I happened to read reviews as far back as three years and several people complained at the ignorant security staff at the entrance so apparently they don’t care enough about their patrons to make improvements. DO BETTER SEAPORT PIER!!!

我们向那位出色的女服务员解释说我们已经吃完饭了，很抱歉占用了她的桌子（我们点了饮料并且给了她丰厚的小费）。但她让我们别担心，说我们可以整晚都待在这里。当我们把那个没礼貌的安保实习生说的话告诉她后，她表示不明白对方为何如此无礼，还说我的女儿完全可以走上舞台去听现场音乐。原来如此。舞台周围有几个没戴手环的未成年人。他们怎么敢因为“别人都这么做过”就认定我们会“偷偷给她喝酒”呢？我多年来一直光顾这家店，但以后绝对不会再去了。你们这样针对一个人，还试图破坏一次美好的家庭出游，真是可耻至极。原来这里也根本算不上“适合家庭光顾”的地方啊。更糟糕的是，我特意翻看了三年前的评论，发现有好多人都抱怨入口处的安保人员毫无常识。显然，他们根本不在乎顾客的感受，也不打算做出改进。海港码头，请做得更好吧！！
