Best cheese and chocolate in Far North QLD. Gallo DairyLand is a must-visit

点评：Great place to drop in. Very popular with locals and tourists.
The cafe is clean, light and spacious, so there is always room for hungry & thirsty. Large windows overlook a green, hilly countryside. Very picturesque and tranquil.
Meals are very delicious and generous - we had soup of the day and crumbled steak served with chips, salad and gravy.
Their coffee is very good. Just keep in mind the kitchen is closing at 2 pm (you still can have drinks after this time).
What this place is most famous for is cheese and chocolate. Both are unique and incredibly yummy. Unfortunately, they do not do cheese tasting any more, but all their products are so good, whatever you choose, you can't go wrong.
The staff is friendly, attentive and welcoming.
There is a separate room overlooking areas where cheese and chocolate are made, and visitors can watch the process as well as a TV screen playing a video about the history of the place. There is also an animal nursery. Plenty of parking.
Looking forward to returning to "Gallo DairyLand".
