点评：BEWARE WOMEN alone on the Sapphire and Chrystal Cove properties. Tonight we were verbally and physically assaulted by a Puerto Rican man. He stands around 5'10, 200 pounds. We were enjoying a celebratatory dinner when we were approached by an overly aggressive, intoxicated individual. We asked him to politely leave us alone and he refused calling us derogatory names. When I asked the security, a retired police officer if he could assist with making us feel safe, I was met with- "Mam, this is a bar, people can do whatever they want!" As he was continued to be served more shots. The male and female bartenders were actually the 1st people I brought attention to this incident fearing for our safety and wanting to continue our dinner. Our safety concerns were met with no concern. Furthermore, I was told this man frequents this place weekly and this isn't the first time he has approached females aggressively. I was also told he had been watching us for a long time. We did not bother to call the police, I was told nothing would happen anyways. The physical altercations were spitting in our face from how belligerent drunk he was. It ended up in our mouth and eyes. Please note this safety concerns and watch your children and young ladies on this resort since he is a well known, local that is not only allowed to act this way on property but, also, the staff is fully aware and fuels the behavior with more alcohol even after being well aware of his actions.
