点评：The absolute worst experience! They are rude and unsympathetic towards customers who order for paid delivery. If you have anywhere else to order from, I’d advise you to do so. I was asked to change my address of delivery due to it being a commercial address. I ordered for the business not my home!!! After speaking to the rude farm owner who asked me to change the address to a residential home😩which I did so. I live in NY and wanted bushes shipped to a NJ address and this where this farm is located NJ. The USPS package tracking has gone from Dimeo Farms 5/15/26 to Philadelphia, then DC which it sat for 3 days in DC, Then shipped to Maryland, then back to Philadelphia second time, and is still there today!? I then called Dimeo farms today 5/22/26 7 days after placing an 900$ order and was met with hostility, talked to like a little child and given an attitude! I get no one is responsible for the great USPS service we all have in the USA, but come on people. If you’re in business what happened to catering to the customer or being concerned or even understanding? With Dimeo farms you get none of that. If they would have kept my order to the original address I paid for and wanted the blueberry bushes shipped to, I would have had my bushes delivered already. Mind you Dimeo farms mentioned these bushes are very delicate and can die due to sun exposure, lack of water etc. So today has been a full week and the blue berry bushes are in Philadelphia waiting on the next shipment center! A total nightmare! Dealing with a farmer who gives a rats behind after the blueberry bushes were shipped. I will never order from this farm again! Thank you Dimeo for a terrible experience! if my bushes ever do get delivered and are dead I’ll see you in court!

翻译：简直糟糕透顶的购物体验！他们对付费送货的顾客态度恶劣，毫无同情心。如果还有其他选择，我强烈建议你选择其他商家。他们要求我更改送货地址，理由是我的地址是商业地址。我明明是为公司订购的，又不是为我家订购的！！！我跟那个态度恶劣的农场老板沟通后，他竟然要求我把地址改成住宅地址😩，我照做了。我住在纽约，想把灌木丛寄到新泽西州的地址，而这家农场就在新泽西州。美国邮政的包裹追踪信息显示，包裹从2026年5月15日的Dimeo Farms寄到费城，然后到了华盛顿特区，在那里停留了3天，之后又被运到马里兰州，然后第二次回到费城，直到今天还在费城！？今天，也就是2026年5月22日，也就是我下单7天后，我打电话给Dimeo Farms，结果对方态度恶劣，像对待小孩子一样跟我说话，态度极其恶劣！我知道美国邮政服务如此糟糕，没人应该为此负责，但这也太离谱了吧。如果你是做生意的，顾客至上、关心顾客、甚至体谅顾客这些品质都去哪儿了？Dimeo农场完全没有这些。如果他们当初按照我付款时提供的地址发货，我的蓝莓苗早就到了。要知道，Dimeo农场之前说过这些蓝莓苗很娇嫩，容易因为日晒、缺水等原因枯死。结果今天整整一周过去了，蓝莓苗还在费城等着转运！简直是噩梦！跟一个发货后就对顾客漠不关心的农场主打交道。我以后再也不会从这家农场订购任何东西了！谢谢Dimeo，让我体验了这么糟糕的经历！如果我的蓝莓苗最终送到了，却发现已经死了，我一定要告你们！
