点评:It's gone, period. Just. a bunch of run down ghosted out buildings now. It is a perfect example of why Puerto Rico is so far behind The Dominican Republic for tourism cash flow as this place before Hurricane Maria was a thriving tourist magnet with a pretty board walk full of stores, restaurants, beautiful scenery, tarpons, sea birds, lots of boats, a watch tower, dance hall, so much more....now it's all metal fenced in with some cheap tarped food trucks in the huge empty adjacent parking lot. There seems to be zero incentive to restore it which is ridiculous since Puerto Rico needs the income and plenty of tourists spent a lot of money there prior to Hurricane Maria. Ponce's lack of efficient income stabilization by inexcusable non-rehabilitation of a major cash flow is truly one of the sad stories of Puerto Rico's disintegration of it's once proud identity.
