点评:Be very, very careful if you are booking an airport transfer with this company. I booked and paid for a transfer from Marco Polo Airport to Cavallino with GreenShuttle on July 9th, 2023. It cost €110. (It was for my son and his girlfriend.) The flight was due in at 9.30pm that night. However, it quickly became apparent that the flight would be delayed.
At 9.21pm I emailed GreenShuttle to say that it was now due in at 12.15am and asked if he could get a driver or should we cancel the booking and let them get a taxi. He apologised, saying he didn't have a driver and said they should hail a taxi. This is what they did, at a cost of €120. At no time did he say he was sending a driver to the airport so I assumed I would get my €110 back, as it was still pending in my account. However, two days later, GreenShuttle took the money from my account. When I contacted the company, he said we had not turned up and therefore had to bear the cost of sending a driver. However he did not send a driver and the emails between us make that clear. He was adamant that he would not refund the money.
