点评:I wrote the following review 2 days ago on both Google AND Facebook....
I took my son for an end of summer fun day,..I too rode Jr. Carts with him, and we are competitive, unfortunately and unfortunately I'm glad I did ride the Jr. Carts so no one else's child was placed in the cart I operated as the front passenger wheel bearing was shot and wheel wasn't secure. Could see inner seal of hub was crap/busted. Wheel wanted to bind/ come off when making the only left turn on the track. I took cart off the track and discussed with employees and was offered another cart, but in changing Carts it took away from the time frame and wasn't told that the time is or was paused, until I went in and requested a refund for my part of the fee, instead the lady sent an older gentleman to me and he wanted me to "show" him the cart. I took him out to the track and employee had already removed the cart from the track...I am not happy about the way this was handled...the proper way to have handled this would be to offer us a free pass/redo to make up for THEIR un-maintained cart. I'm glad it was me driving and not someone else's child! Unfortunately a refund was NOT offered NOR a rerun for us. For this reason I can not in good faith recommend this place.
I initially addressed this issue with management and nothing is or was done to resolve it...
Since then, I have been blocked from this establishments Facebook page instead of doing what's right on their part!
Want to block me due to inability to ensure the safety of others loved ones?
Not a way to run a business....
I would love the opportunity for them to make it right and would welcome a conversation....
But apparently they have something to hide by blocking and not addressing the issue!
I'd welcome to be unblocked from Facebook and reach out to me via messenger, and will gladly provide my cell # so that the issue can be addressed!
