Poor e-bike experience

点评：We rented three 'touring' e-bikes for a days cycling along the coastal path. All bikes were fairly 'tired': One had bent cranks, another had dodgy rear brake that couldn't actually stop the bike, but it got a puncture after 5km and so the owner brought a replacement bike quickly, which was good.
Unfortunately the replacement bike also had a dodgy rear brake (which I managed to adjust) and a saddle that kept tilting backwards over bumps (which I couldn't) .
The battery on the replacement initially showed over 50km range, but it ran flat after about 15km on the flat leaving us with a very heavy cycle back to the rental shop at 1600h (which is closed 1300-1800), so we didn't get a full days cycling.
Pleasant owner, but 25 euros per bike didn't turn out to be good value for money.
