Fun Bromo Sunrise Trip with Smartway Tour — Felt Like Traveling with Friends!

点评：After searching and comparing several tour providers for our Malang trip, we finally chose Smartway Tour — and honestly, it was one of the best decisions for our vacation.
From the very beginning, their team was super responsive and easy to communicate with. They explained the trip details clearly and patiently answered all our questions. For me, good communication with a tour provider is very important, and Smartway Tour really stood out. What impressed me even more was how they followed up after our initial inquiry, while some other tours didn’t even get back to us.
We booked a private Bromo sunrise trip for three of us — me, my mom, and my sibling. One day before departure, everything went smoothly as promised. We received a briefing and coordinated with the shuttle driver who picked us up from Malang city center. The shuttle driver was very friendly, and we had a nice conversation along the way. It was such a fun start that made us even more excited for the trip.
Then we met our tour lead, Rizky — and that’s when the trip became even more memorable. He was fun, friendly, helpful, and also doubled as our photographer! He made sure we were comfortable, helped us take great photos, and kept the vibe fun throughout the journey. It honestly didn’t feel like a formal tour — it felt like we were traveling with friends.
Our jeep driver was also very friendly, and we shared lots of laughs during the trip. The whole experience was relaxed, enjoyable, and never boring. At some point, we even felt like we had formed our own little travel team because the atmosphere was just that fun and comfortable.
Overall, everything was smooth, well-organized, and full of good vibes — from the responsive team, friendly drivers, to the amazing tour lead Rizky. We truly enjoyed every moment of this Bromo sunrise trip.
Hopefully, we can join more trips with Smartway Tour in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable Bromo experience!
