Not one of Sint Maarten's better beaches
Dawn Beach的点评
点评：This is small beach dominated by the Marriott & Dawn Beach Club hotels. The beach itself does not have much depth (from ocean to hotel development). When we were there (March) the wind was too strong and water to churned up to permit snorkeling; perhaps it is better in milder seasons. Most of the guests we saw from the hotels seemed to be at the pool area rather than the beach. The hotels seemed to be doing a good job keeping the beach clear of sargasso grass.
There are other beaches on St Martin / Sint Maarten which are much more scenic. I'm not sure why one would spend time at this beach unless one were a guest at one of the properties right at this beach.
If one were were a Marriott loyalist and wanted to stay at this property, you do get an OK beach at your (hotel's) front door step. But compared to other beaches on the island, the beach itself here seemed a bid of dud to us.
