点评:Visited 12th March to see Dear England. A wonderful show but totally delighted with some new access arrangements which made the whole experience truly amazing. The new procedure to allow disabled patrons to enter from Thorpe Rd (directly opposite the car park) is a very welcome development. We were also so appreciative of being able to order interval refreshments from the staff member who came to “The Lounge”accessible seating area and to have these delivered to us.
As well as mobility issues I am also profoundly deaf so was also delighted to know that there is now an Auricast facility available to stream to my hearing aids. It has always been a very disabled friendly environment, not least with the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff, but it is so obvious that the Hippodrome is striving for excellence, and achieving it, in terms of provision for your disabled patrons. Very well done to everyone.
