Unacceptable customer service: Cashier yelled at my young son

点评：The ferry transportation itself is good, but the service from the cashier at the Mackinaw City souvenir shop was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We stopped in to buy a bottle of water, and my young son saw a toy, picked it up to look at it, and started playing with it. The cashier was completely bothered by this and chose to repeatedly yell at a child, telling him to put it down because he was going to break it—even though he wasn't throwing it or being rough at all. My son ended up leaving the store crying because of how she treated him. Obviously, I know that had he broken it, I would have paid for it, especially since he had already asked me to buy it for him. It deeply upset me that she addressed my child in such a rude manner instead of speaking to me, especially when I was standing right in front of them watching the entire time. Truly disappointing.
