点评：I've been meaning to come here for quite some time (i.e. ever since I first heard about it) and the period between Christmas and New Year finally presented that opportunity.
The Priory ruins themselves are beautiful and then things just continue to impress when you realise there is a cellar bar here. The bar is cosy and full of character, preserving all the history of the Priory whilst still giving you a wonderful selection of food and drinks.
Before wandering around the ruins and walking further afield we popped in for a mug of tea and a latte (perfect 👌). Upon returning from the walk we popped in again for lunch. We absolutely loved the beef lasagne and the beef and stout chilli cottage pie. Wow! Delicious!
You'll not be left wanting for a great beer here either with 3 cask ales, a great keg selection, and a wide array of bottles and cans in the fridge (be sure to check out the new 'Honeyade' from Hive Mind too - very tasty mint and lime soft drink). I couldn't resist a pint of the Felinfoel Du, especially as the cottage pie was made using this too. What a beautiful stout; not as heavy and filling as other stouts can be and yet with so much flavour. I could easily sup this all afternoon if the opportunity presented itself.
The staff and service here also cannot be faulted. Nothing is too much trouble and you'll receive the warmest welcome. Thank you so much. We'll definitely be back.

这里绝对不会让你找不到好啤酒，有3款桶装艾尔啤酒、丰富的桶装啤酒选择，冰箱里还有各种瓶装和罐装啤酒（一定要尝尝Hive Mind新推出的“Honeyade”——一款非常美味的薄荷青柠软饮）。我忍不住点了一品脱Felinfoel Du，尤其是因为牧羊人派也是用这款啤酒做的。这是一款非常棒的世涛啤酒；不像其他世涛啤酒那样厚重油腻，但风味却十分浓郁。如果时间允许，我可以一下午都喝它。
这里的员工和服务也无可挑剔。他们热情周到，有求必应。非常感谢！我们一定会再来的。
