点评:This is a great hike, but more challenging than normal. Most of the walking is fairly straightforward but there are half a dozen 6 to 15’ drops with knotted ropes assisting scrambles as well as some other bouldering section. Small thermal pools for bathing in warm water when you get near the bottom close to the river, take a swimsuit if you like.
Few suggestions, obviously sturdy shoes and lots of water to drink. Probably safer and more comfortable if you have at least 2 in your group to help on scrambles, but I hiked it solo. I did appreciate that there were a number of other groups on the trail. There are often a number of choices through the boulders, watch for a few of the painted markers.
I was about 70 minutes down and 1:45 up, but not pushing hard. Allow some time for pics and bathing too. You will need some arm strength to pull-up in a few locations on the return trip or a buddy to help brace your feet a couple times.
