It was such a warm, relaxing, delicious and beautiful evening. The introduction of wines from the region of Bolghri where Sassicaia, Ornellaia, and Solaia are produced, were well paired with the Michelin standard meals.
It was simply delicious!
I do think that #PalazzoParisio's chef ought to be awarded with #Michelin star and it has been long overdue!
Such a shame that some Maltese restaurants with @Michelin plates or stars serve bitter burrata and have their ceviche made from salmon which drowned itself weeks ago, while @Palazzo Parisio's crispy octopus or their beef or anything you taste is always at the highest level of freshness, zestiness and savouriness lack experts' praising.
I am grateful to @Anton Bell sincerely for the great moments, caught by him, the moments we will cherish in our library of happy memories.
