Edison and Ford Winter Estates的点评
点评：Visiting the estates of Ford and Edison during December was a magical experience for our group of six older adults. We arrived in mid afternoon to see the museum and also purchased tickets for the lights experience. We should have planned for more time in the museum as there was a lot of information to process. More interesting than I had thought!
Then we proceeded to the estates where the grounds invited us with illumination. Stepping onto the decorated porches to peer into the past pleasures of Christmas, was an experience for me like no other. The decorating skills rendered were born in the love of the holidays. Each and every room was exquisitely decorated to absolute perfection. The space was not propped, but enhanced as an exclusive invitation into the time period making me feel like a special invited guest. My eyes treasured finding period decorations in every part of every room.
The feeling I took home with me was gratitude that so much time and effort was put into the most beautiful Christmas decorations I had ever seen. It was an evening I shall cherish.
