This was one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had.
Yes, waiting happens — but almost 2 hours just to get in, followed by another long wait inside, is not okay. What made it worse is that the staff clearly did not have the supplies needed to complete the service.
I was forced to skip the last two parts of my treatment because they lacked basic items. On top of that, I asked four different staff members for a towel, and the only response I got was: “Go ask the manager for a refund.”
I did not drive 5 hours to argue for a refund. I came for the experience, and that experience was completely ruined.
We were 8 people, and not one of us had a good experience. I left with a headache instead of feeling relaxed.
Save your time, money, and energy. Do not go to this place.
