1620s House & Garden的点评
点评：What a hidden gem! We had a wonderful visit to this beautiful 1690s house and gardens.
The volunteers were all so welcoming and passionate. We asked about a plant and ended up having a lovely chat with one of the volunteers, who happily shared some brilliant gardening tips.
After enjoying some delicious cobs and a cup of tea in the cosy little café, we explored the gardens, where the informative labels explaining the history of the plants and their traditional uses made everything even more interesting.
But the absolute cherry on top was our guided tour of the house with Helen. Huge shout-out to Helen! She brought the history to life with fascinating facts, entertaining stories, and plenty of humour. She made the whole experience unforgettable.
A fantastic day out from start to finish. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!
