No Response on "Emergency" Numbers Provided

点评：I would not have actively sought to leave a review, however, Mazatlan Tours emailed multiple times asking specifically for a review. We had a negative experience with this company. When booking, they ask for information on what cruise ship you are arriving on. They also sent two different numbers to contact for issues. Our tour was scheduled to meet at 9:30am and leave at 10am. While the ship was scheduled for 9am arrival, it was delayed slightly and they did not open the gangway until exactly 9:30am. I attempted to message and call both numbers Mazatlan Tours provided between 9:15am and 9:20am. No one answered either number and I did not receive a response to messages. We made it to the meeting point at 9:40am and no one was there. At 9:48am someone finally responded to the messages I had sent *prior* to the meeting time and stated the tour had already left (though the departure time on the paperwork stated 10am departure). I completely understand that we were late for the meeting time, however, we were well before departure time and, the worst part, was that no one answered or responded from the "emergency" numbers until much later.
