点评：We were referred by a friend who always booked airport transfer through Mazatlan Tours online. We booked our pickup from airport to our hotel and departure to airport. Originally it was 14 days and we extended our trip.
Pick up was fantastic with a beautiful concierge meeting us. She had held up had a sign with my name on it as we walked out off arrivals, she was front and centre and greeted us as if she’d known us forever, it was so nice to be greeted with such professionalism and kindness. She showed us our transport they load our luggage and we were on the way to the hotel. We decided to stay extra days so I called and changed our pick up date and location. We provided our flight itinerary and it was a seamless change. We had an extra passenger on the return trip and were able to add a passenger in our reservation. On return trip they were prompt and she also recognized us from the arrival pick up 18 days earlier at the airport and called us by name. We were greeted with kindness and hugs. we had the funniest driver Francisco spoke great English and so funny and he was the best. I highly recommend this company 100% I’m using them always going forward. Thanks to all!!!
