No dinosaurs at Christmas!

点评：We’d had a great time at Christmas 2024, so booked this experience again, however, this year was a let down. I had presumed that seeing Father Christmas at the dinosaur park (and my son having many discussions with the elves and Santa himself about what his favourite dinosaurs were) that at the gift shop at the end, there would be at least one dinosaur toy available to pick- but it is no exaggeration to say there was not one dinosaur toy to pick. Mrs Claus told him the “elves were still making them”, which was confusing considering where we were and the conversations that had been had.
More disappointing was the customer service I received when I pointed out the irony of there being no dinosaur toys at the dinosaur park experience at Christmas. One reply, I sent two more back explaining that I still wasn’t satisfied and have just been ignored.
So, whilst I’m leaving a review, I’ll point out a few more problems we’ve had recently:
Water park- no changing rooms, so no privacy.
At the water park and soft play, staff passively allow children to push past those queuing and do nothing to stop it.
The live show has been the same for the past 4 years. For the amount I’ve paid for an annual pass, I would expect some variation in 4 years.

趁着写评论的功夫，我想再提一下我们最近遇到的一些问题：
水上乐园——没有更衣室，所以完全没有隐私。
在水上乐园和儿童游乐区，工作人员对孩子们推搡排队的人视而不见，任由他们插队。
现场表演已经四年没变了。我办了年票，花了这么多钱，四年下来，表演内容应该有所变化才对。
