阿尔特萨酒庄的点评
点评：Are you totally in for a 100 person winery bus tour? Want to way over spend in a creepy distopian location?
If yes, this place is for you!
I went to Artesa 15 years ago. It was welcoming, reasonably priced, and we bought many bottles to bring home. Today, I was asked, "can I help you?" after being asked to wait, as if I was there to pick out paint.
I said yes. She said, "tasting?" I said I think we'll likely get a bottle. The response was, "you can buy a bottle with charcuterie and cheese plate for $125"
Why? Just why am I forced into a pre-priced wine pairing with food? Did I say I was hungry for overpriced sausage plate? Maybe Napa is like this now. I hope not. They need to remember they are farmers and we want to support that, not their pretentious snooty billionaire exclusionism.
