米德尔顿庄园的点评
点评：Beautiful grounds.. we visited the Breeds, but could not find where the meeting spot was for tour. We walked all around seeing the animals & did not see any signage so gave up. We were there for the 11:30 & by 11:50 we moved on ..
The garden tour was awesome & Lou who has given this tour for 17 years gave so much information. So much more than just the gardens history. If you take any tours do this one. The house was not open as it doesn’t reopen till mid April and the museum wasn’t open either as they were setting up new exhibits for the 250th celebration. Pamphlet they give you when you get tickets is fairly easy to follow & self guide on other areas. They also give you a sheet with times & locations for other side tours included In tickets. We were there for 2 hrs & 45 mins. Had we been able to go into the museum or house or do another tour it would have been longer. Tours are not necessary but the one we did he gave so much history on the family & the home over the years as well as all the gardens. It was helpful to get to know where we were visiting. Beautiful area just to walk around, but allow time as it’s big & a lot of walking to see as much as you can. Highly recommend a visit here.
