点评：Zero stars! Unfortunately, our experience with Frankie Tours was extremely disappointing. The dock was overcrowded and dirty, and we were left waiting in the hot sun for over an hour and a half while the crew continued adding more passengers to the boat. By the time we finally departed, the boat was packed so tightly that it felt like we were being stacked like sardines.
The delay caused us to arrive late to both Nylon Pool and No Man’s Land, which meant our time at each stop was cut very short. To make matters worse, by the time we arrived at No Man’s Land, there was no food left for many guests.
The music selection throughout the trip was repetitive, with the same type of songs being played over and over again. Overall, the tour felt poorly organized and overcrowded, taking away from what should have been an enjoyable Tobago experience.
This was not the experience we expected, and it was disappointing enough to make us consider leaving Tobago earlier than planned.
