Cypress Gardens的点评
点评：We visited Cypress Gardens, Winter Haven, in October of 2026. Cypress Gardens began in 1936 by Dick, Sr. and Julie Pope. Walt and Roy Disney, Elvis Presley, Esther Williams, and other famous guests visited for ideas, or water skiing, or swimming, or various other reasons. Currently, the Florida Pool (the original pool, shaped like Florida) has a sign at the fence, reading that there are plans to renovate it to his former glory. Since we hadn't been to Cypress Gardens in many years - it was great seeing the huge Banyan Tree, the Botanical Gardens Gazebo, the Florida Pool, the ski ramps, and Lake Eloise again. We had a memorabile time visiting, although you must also visit Legoland or at least walk through Legoland, on the way to Cypress Gardens. Legoland seemed to be popular, and many visitors were there. We are sincerely appreciative that visitors can still visit Cypress Gardens. If you have an interest in Florida history, it is well worth the visit.
