点评:Very bad experience. It is mid July with >90 with real feel >100. We have been doing a 250 tour up the east coast. this was unfortunately our second to last day before heading home. We walked in at 10:20, (brochure says tours r 10-4 ) and were told first tour will at 11:30 so we went Accross the street to the church and came back at that time. We were told there capacity is 12 ppl and we would make 13 so would need to wait another 40 min for next tour. We pleated with them to let us in as all the other tours r a good 10 min walk away in the heat not possible and we had 1-2 days to cover it all. They didn’t budge so we left and came back a third time and got in. The tour guide was a young student who read off of her notes. I felt bad for her as she was very nervous and was clearly uncomfortable. The trip was redeemed by a great tour of the Andrew low house lead by an older gentleman who knew his history. At that tour I heard 3 other guests complain about the Juliette house for similar reasons. What a shame it was a beautiful house with amazing history, Juliette started the Girl Scouts in the US. Amazing what bad employees can do to an experience. We decided to leave Savannah early and not see the rest another day. Too bad.
