美国国会大厦的点评
点评：Two of us showed up without reservation and got free timed entry tickets easily. The US Capitol building is beautiful and rich in history. Our tour guide was very informative and engaged the group often. The tour lasts 45 minutes and includes earphones to listen to your tour guide along the way. If you want access to the House or Senate chambers you must request special access tickets by contacting two member of Congress from your state - one from the Senate and one from the House. If you can call your representatives prior to arrival it will shorten the wait for access tickets.
We also ate at the restaurant on-site and the food had good variety. The white chocolate fruit puff US Capitol shaped dessert was a must for my sweet tooth.
Their gift shop has good variety of items for all.
Highly recommend making time to visit when in DC.
