Worth a visit but avoid gift shop. Bad staff. Overpriced.

点评：It’s a nice enough park, although poorly organised and confusing as to where you are meant to walk.
Nice scenery and if you decide to walk then lots of uphill climbs so be prepared. It was very hot even at 10am.
The worst part of it is the management and this alone makes it almost not worth visiting. Very poor experience in the gift shop with very rude and unreasonable staff that do not represent the genuine people of Bali. Ridiculous policy to not exchange a t-shirt I had purchased seconds before for a larger size. The package had not been opened and was sealed and I have not even left the shop only walked away from the till to pick up more goods to purchase. Took additional goods to till to purchase and asked to exchange the T-Shirt for a larger size which they flatly refused. Obviously I did not the purchase the additional goods (a hat) so they lost the establishment money for their unreasonable policy. Bad business sense… I understand no refunds but not to exchange an unopened sealed t-shirt for a bigger size within seconds of purchase is absurd and quite frankly stupid.
Anyway got the bus back to car park and a nice little shop not affiliated had a better version of the hat for a 3rd of the price so we ended up buying 2 so happy in the end.
Advice is enjoy the park just avoid the gift shop as overpriced and can get same or better goods elsewhere from very appreciative locals
