点评:Beautifully maintained campground. Staff was exceptional, informative, and courteous. We were in campsite #22. We arrived a bit early and the two 30- something women were packing up so we walked the interpretive path. We dined in Markleeville while enjoying a group of local musicians. The next morning I smelled smoke and discovered a log smouldering in the fire pit. Fires are not allowed. It appears the two women do not understand the threat of fire, especially unattended fires. We doused the pit with water, using the free buckets by the spigot located next to the site (lazy women). This area was closed due to a fire, and luckily was not destroyed. The scarring is evident from every angle of Grover's Hot Springs. My hope is that these women read this message and next time they go on an adventure, they invite a responsible adult to supervise them.
I never write negative reviews, but living in the West, we have had so many devastating fires and this incident could have put lives in danger.

我从不写差评,但生活在西部,我们经历过太多毁灭性的火灾,这次的事件差点危及生命。
