Great new rides, but some bored and tired staff can ruin the experience

点评：Let’s start with the good: Lots of family rides, but up levelled with Tron and the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train - great fun! Generally the lightning lane takes you to a good place in the queue.
ECVs were sold out by the time we got there:( It would be so nice if they purchased some more, as they are a lifesaver for people (especially from abroad) with disabilities.
While the park and rides are generally accessible, we had a poor experience with rude staff at the “It’s a small world” ride pressuring my disabled mother into a seat that she couldn’t sit in, even though the accessible boat was empty behind us; the rude attendants last comment was a patronising “You’ll fit.”, despite us trying to explain the issue. We didn’t fit, and our party was split up. I do think the friendliness of the staff has gone downhill from previous years, ruining the day.
Note - If you buy lightning lane, you need to book up rides as soon as it opens up for you. Many were already booked up for us by people staying at resorts, who have earlier booking periods.
