Legends Golf Club的点评
点评：They have a great program for locals. You can’t beat the price. Includes unlimited range balls and reduced green fees for a monthly fee. Unfortunately they are installing a 9 hole par 3 course. In doing so, this has destroyed one of the best practice facilities in Myrtle Beach. The putting green behind the clubhouse is gone. The old chipping green is now the putting green. Hopefully the grass will mature but for now it is too fluffy to putt on and it does not come close to matching the actual greens. The driving range is a huge issue. The mats are not open everyday. Instead you have to hit off “grass” in designated areas. I don’t mind hitting off grass but this isn’t grass. It is sand and divots. They should have left the mats alone, open everyday. Those who want to hit off grass can do so past the last mat in the area leading to the academy. Asked at least 6 employees at Legends why the range mats are closed, they don’t know. Also you can no longer chip onto the old chipping green. So you can’t putt, you can’t chip and you can’t get a good grass lie at the range.
