点评：We went on a family day out to Gypsy Wood while on holiday in North Wales.
My two sons really enjoyed this day out. My 2 year old loved the park and train ride. My 9 year old loves pedal go-karts and would quite happily have played on these most of the day. A really novel idea is the mini car that they allow children to paint. My son loves cars and happily spent time doing this while my little one tried the duck racing. I did feel staff packed up the facilities far too early. I was pleased someone agreed to give some paint for my son to paint the mini as this had been removed just before 4pm. There was no sign saying when it closed and my son, who has SEN, couldn't understand why it had been removed without warning. The panning for gems activity could do with the gems being replenished throughout the day. My son found it very tricky to find any and was very worried he'd miss out on his "prize", which was a small pack of haribo.
I would visit again if in the area as my children were engaged throughout the day.
