Winter Park Resort的点评
点评：Condo at Zephyr Mountain Lodge was nice, enough space for the 4 of us. The single bunk bed was uncomfortable (so my 10 year old told me), also no single duvet. The other beds were good.
Kitchenette was fully equipped and clean.
Bathrooms were a nice size.
Coming from the UK we had no idea about the process of using a condo and how certain things work. A user guide explaining what was/wasn’t included, where things were in the complex (gym, hot tubs etc) would have been useful.
I had to ask at reception about a change of towels. I asked on a Wednesday afternoon and when we got back from a 2 day trip they still hadn’t collected dirty towels and replaced with new. I had to go back to reception Saturday morning and take them back to the room myself. The dirty towels were collected at some point that morning.
We were given a resort credit card but when we checked on the website as to where it could be used, it is out of date. Most restaurants/shops are closed by 6pm, again the website is out of date for the timings.
Not the resorts fault, but due to the lack of snow this year, it caused numerous runs and lifts to be closed and also the runs to be icy.
As a non skier myself there isn’t much to do or places to just sit and watch the slopes while the rest of the family ski.
We wouldn’t come back to the resort mainly due to the lack of atmosphere on site and lack of things to do in the evenings.

这并非度假村的错，而是由于今年降雪量不足，导致许多雪道和缆车关闭，雪道也结冰了。
我自己不会滑雪，所以没什么可做的，也没有地方可以坐下来看着家人滑雪。
我们不会再来这个度假村，主要是因为这里缺乏氛围，晚上也没什么娱乐活动。
