点评:It is well worth visiting the World War 2 Tunnels as it helps you understand the importance of the Rock. They are part of the Upper Rock Nature Reserve and you can buy your £30 admission to the Upper Rock Nature Reserve as you approach the entrance, (of which the tunnels are part). It’s one price for entry to all the attractions in the reserve.
An easy way to get to the tunnels (if you don’t want to take a taxi minibus tour around the reserve) is to take the number 1 bus from the main bus station at the Market Place up to Willis's Road (last stop) and walk up to the Second World War Tunnels (about 5 - 10 minutes).
There are so many exhibits and areas to visit once inside and you can wander around easily for a good hour or two. Just after you enter there is a small cafe that does drinks and crisps, etc. (and a WiFi hotspot). As you meander around the tunnel system, you will come across Jock’s Balcony, which offers a fantastic view across towards the Gibraltar airstrip. Just before you enter the tunnels you can look across to the Old Moorish Castle on the hill side.
