点评：Unfortunately, our experience with this company ended on a very disappointing note. The motorcycle tour through Vietnam itself was very well organized, the route was beautiful, and the guide Tuan was excellent — professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making the trip enjoyable.
However, all of that was overshadowed at the very end of the tour. After everything had already been agreed upon and fully paid, we were suddenly asked to pay a large additional amount for a so-called “private transfer.” This cost was never clearly communicated in advance and was not part of the original agreement. The situation felt like an attempt to take advantage of tourists at the last moment, which completely ruined the overall impression.
It’s a shame, because the tour itself and the guide deserved much better. Transparency and honest communication at the end would have made all the difference.
