Good local spot to swim after a hike in the national park or just because.

点评：Very local feeling beach. Families with bbqs and chairs set up next to their SUVs enjoying the sun and sand. Happy dogs wagging tails and kids playing in the sand with mom or dad while the other one cooks up a feast.
Good swimming in the gentle waves and at the end is a national park with a nice lookout and a more lengthy hike to a secluded beach.
You can easily grab a boat to go on a snorkeling tour.
Few tourists and we were pretty much ignored in terms of being pushed to buy the usual slew of things found at more tourist oriented locales.
A couple of mellow cafes / bars / restaurants and a proper bodega (minus the obligitory cat) are on the other side of the street from the beach. The gift shop has really nice sarongs and shirts with some great prints. There's also a scheduled bus service that runs as far up the coast as Limon.
It's not really a "selfie spot" and you won't find surfing waves or BVI type snorkeling.
But it's got a wonderfully calm and local vibe. People there are just straight up enjoying Pura Vida.
