Unreliable, poor customer service, lack of accountability

点评：I had a very bad experience with this transportation service. I booked a round-trip ride from Birmingham to Atlanta and back, with a scheduled pickup at 10:45 PM from Atlanta International Airport after returning from a 24-hour overseas flight.
After waiting outside in freezing cold weather for over 30 minutes, I called the company only to be told that my ride had been canceled because I was the only passenger. This was never communicated to me in advance. The next available shuttle wasn’t until 12:45 AM, which resulted in me not getting home until around 4:00 AM.
This is a complete failure to provide reliable service—especially for late-night airport pickups where customers depend on timely transportation.
Unfortunately, the poor experience didn’t end there. I made multiple attempts to reach a supervisor, but each time I was told they were “in a meeting.” I also emailed customer support and received one callback that I missed. Despite returning the call, I never heard back again.
Overall, extremely poor customer service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend using this company.
