We rented a buggy from this company after it was recommended by the hotel we were staying at. Unfortunately, our experience was not as positive as expected.
The buggy was delivered with only half a tank of fuel. It also appeared to be in poor mechanical condition. The drive was very jerky, which made it feel unsafe, particularly in city traffic. On the open road, whenever I lifted off the accelerator at around 50 km/h, it produced a very loud noise that did not seem normal.
Because I was not informed about the size of the fuel tank, I ended up filling it completely before returning it. I brought the buggy back with a full tank, even though it had been delivered only half full.
When I returned the vehicle, I explained to the owner that I was unhappy with its technical condition and that I did not feel it was worth the €200 rental price plus approximately €50 in fuel. He was not willing to offer any compensation or discount. He simply said it was good that the tank was full for the next customers.
Overall, this was a disappointing customer experience. I expected a vehicle in safe, well-maintained condition and a more constructive response when raising legitimate concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this rental company.
