点评：I contacted them about 3 weeks ago because I had questions about booking 2 parties (joint party) for my kids and I wanted them seated next to each other. They had a promotion going on through march for $100 off party bookings. I saw they had availability online for 2 parties at the same time. However when we called to talk to them about it they said they couldn't accommodate us on such short notice (I hadn't even given them to date yet), they just shut us down right away. They were very rude and we spoke with multiple staff and a manager. I then told them this wouldn't be for another 5 months, I was just being proactive and I already saw online they had the availability. Then they said they couldn't guarantee anything but that they would reach out to corporate to see if they can do 2 parties at once. Again, I was willing to book and pay for 2 parties I just wanted them in the same room at the same time. They said they would contact me after they spoke with corporate. I asked them if they could contact them soon so I could take advantage of the discount in March. I told them I would call back in a few days to see if they found out any info and they said no, not to call back, and they assured me they would contact them and call me back no matter what and still honor the discount even if it was past March. They never called me back and I confirmed my number with them twice. So not only do they have horrible customer service, they can't even follow-up on the things they said they would.
